CMH Library and Archives Customer Service Survey (only through Friday, 24 May!)
The CMH Library and Archives (henceforth the “Library”) is conducting an anonymous customer service survey, which is being sent to CMH colleagues assigned to Fort McNair’s Collins Hall, about the library’s research resources and services. The 12-question survey will provide the library with a snapshot (1) in our efforts to plan and provide the resources and services that can assist you in accomplishing your goals and (2) for CMH to accomplish its overall mission, goals, and objectives. Those who largely telework are encouraged to complete the survey since the library’s resources and services (e.g., databases, reference, interlibrary loan, SharePoint Portal Online page) extend beyond the physical walls of Collins Hall.
Please assist us with a few minutes of your time in completing this survey. The survey responses will help us in our operational planning and could offer the library the ability for some course correction as we look at the upcoming fiscal year cycles. We continue to plan to distribute this survey on an annual basis, likely between April and May, for your feedback.
The survey is now open through Friday, 24 May.
